Prior to founding Mosaic, Tariq spent 20 years in the UK and SE Asia leading project teams in mining, energy, utility, capital infrastructure and national brownfield programs meet sustainability and compliance obligations.

Co-founder of Mosaic Risk Analytics, leading Alaska-based operations that apply AI and geospatial intelligence to support sustainable investment and resilience. With over 20 years of global experience, including 15 years in Southeast Asia with leadership and advisory roles at the American Chamber of Commerce Indonesia, Lydia brings strategic policy expertise and cross-cultural insight to location dependent planning solutions in the North.

Agnes Safford

Agnes Safford is an expert in Low Carbon Finance & Private Equity. She is currently Managing Director of GreenWorks Asia and advisor at the sustainable agri-commodity fund, &Green. Agnes previously held director-level positions at 101 Capital, Abacus Capital, and was the Managing Director of ABN Amro Securities in Indonesia where she structured development finance for palm oil, rubber, cocoa and forestry. With over 30 years of experience in the corporate and climate finance space, Agnes is well regarded in the industry as a regional expert on project development finance and risk.

Dr Farid Harianto

Dr Farid Harianto is a Financial Economist, who over the last 40 years has developed a distinguished track record in academia, public and private sectors. Farid was special advisor to Indonesia’s Vice President (2009-2014), senior advisor to the Governor of Bank Indonesia (2008-2014) and was Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA 1998-2000) where he spearheaded the restructuring and consolidation of Indonesian banks. He currently serves as Chairman/President Commissioner of newly established BUMN Hospitals Holding company and has served as a board member of three listed companies in energy, infrastructure, and consumer chemicals.

Daniel Poller is a Digital Transformation expert who has spent over 20 years designing finance for energy and mineral investments internationally. He current leads Auto-mate and provides knowledge and leadership to boards to effectively deploy digital solutions in production environments in the APAC region. Daniel was Senior Advisor in mining technology solutions with joint venture partner Bis and held Senior Advisor and co-head role for Metals and Mining Investment banking of JP Morgan Asia, Directorship at NorthStar Group in Indonesia and consulted with McKinsey & Company.

Ben Lawson

Ben Lawson is an Energy & Mining expert and bulk commodities trader. He is currently COO of PT Sanaman Coal Indonesia and Vice-Chairman of the Djakarta Mining Club / Coal Club Indonesia, with a deep involvement within the Indonesian mining industry. He is also an Advisor to the Boards of several public and private corporations. Ben often provides opinion for television and print media including Reuters, Bloomberg, Wood Mackenzie, Coal&Minerals Asia, The Asian Miner, Indonesian Coal Report, amongst others. Ben has acted as an Expert Witness in mineral arbitration cases in multiple jurisdictions and served as Expert Staff for Energy Affairs to the Indonesian Minister of Small & Medium Enterprises.
